Wanna catch up? Part one is here, part two is here, and part three is here.
You would think that going out to eat would b a wonderful experience for a fat foodie like me, but it wasn't. In fact, it was kind of torturous. Don't get me wrong, the thought of eating yummy food I didn't have to cook held great appeal. It was the worry beforehand that would kill me.
You see, as a super fat girl, I could not comfortably fit in a booth at a restaurant. To be honest, I could not fit in them at all. And forget about those stationary chairs in fast food places. There was no way I could sit at a table like that.
This meant that we always sat at tables, which were usually in the middle of the restaurant, which meant we were sitting there eating where everyone could see. Humiliating. Especially when you knew people were judging you, not only on your size, but also about the food you were eating. Because, let's face it, when we see fat people out in public eating something greasy and delicious, we all think to ourselves, "they shouldn't be eating that". I've done it, and I used to be that super fat person.
These days, I can go wherever I want, sit wherever I want, and enjoy the foods I love. It's all about moderation!
